Costs:
The symposium fee is 6000 SEK. With a rate of 9.30 SEK/Euro, 6000 SEK would be 645 Euro.
Early bird fee: Until 1´st June, the symposium fee is discounted to 5000 SEK.
Student discount: For graduate students, the symposium fee is discounted to 4000 SEK.
Symposium dinner Tuesday 18 September at the Radisson Blu Park Hotel is 950 SEK, including drinks.
All fees include Swedish VAT.
Hotel accommodation at Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel, Frösundavik, Stockholm, Sweden, is 1525 SEK per night. The room rate includes breakfast and access to the hotel spa. No added room cost for accompanying wife/husband in double bed. The hotel costs are to be paid directly to the hotel on departure. Note: Hotel reservations are made directly to the Radisson Blu Roayal Park Hotel; give reference to number 50731 when you book your room.
Test driving of heavy vehicles, up to 60 ton and 25 meters at the Scania Demo Centre, at am Thursday 20 September. The test driving is free of charge. However, the number of participants is limited and priority will be given to early registrations.
